The

Mission

Empower trauma survivors to create inner and outer sanctuary – Meaning?

Giving you the tools, wisdom, and support to fully heal resistance to cleaning, decluttering, and generational trauma, while simultaneously creating a new version of yourself full of success, abundance, and peace.

My Story

I grew up in a cluttered and unstable environment. Home felt like it had become another abuser, because I never felt safe, even in my own space.

Over time, I realized I had carried this wounded pattern into every subsequent home. Often swinging between difficulty decluttering and extreme need for organization and perfection in my home.

My internalized story of shame, discomfort with emotion, need for validation, and severe perfectionism was being projected onto my home.

Having no emotional or mental systems in place to help me work through decades of trauma, kept me in survival mode for years.

So I vowed to heal myself – and I did.

This unexamined relationship to space is what I have helped thousands of folks overcome, so they succeed in life and career, thrive through life, and finally feel internal peace.

You can have this too!

Why This Works

Integrating the psychological approach of inner child healing with the ancient practice of Feng Shui, I was able to fully understand how my home was keeping me stuck.

Developing methods designed to heal 4 different levels (home, mind, body, soul) required for real, lasting self-worth and emotional self-mastery.

By using my own techniques, I went from being sick, afraid to speak up, obsessed with doing things the “right way” and an abusive inner critic…

…to a deeply authentic, and powerful woman, who has strong boundaries, radical self-trust, and self-love, not to mention a thriving, successful business.

You do not need to settle for a life and home that makes you feel bad.

You CAN heal.
